Acquiring the land changed our lives

The land at Trethinna
The Area

Our site at Trithinna in Cornwall is bordered by the River Inny, with each plot enjoying fishing rights along the river bank. The 20 mile long river stretches from Bodmin Moor to the River Tamar and supports a population of Trout, Sea Trout, Salmon and Grayling as well as kingfisher and otter.

This secluded site is easily within reach of the A30 and A395 and is ideally situated close to the Cornish/Devonian border. There are mature trees bordering the site and a small lake for added interest.

Trithinna is a little over 5 miles from the historic market town of Launceston which has narrow medievel streets and is overlooked by a spectacular Norman castle keep. Here there are numerous speciality shops and the 'Butter Market' is held twice a month between March and December selling a variety of locally produced goods, food and drink.
